Welcome to the Vacation Property Management website. At the Hillside Chalet we strive to provide a home away from home on Lutsen Mountains. We've had multiple guests claim that our building is by far the best location for ski-in/ski-out of the townhome literally onto the slopes or the trails in the summer. Please know that typical check-in is 4PM and typical check-out is typically 10AM but we try to be flexible whenever possible.
We also offer the "Essential Escape" discount for Essential Workers. Most of our properties are weekend destinations which means our properties sometimes sit vacant during the week. If you're an Essential Worker, and you can get away during the week, and we have availability for when you can get away, we ask that you reach out to us directly and we'll get you setup for your own Essential Escape to relax and recharge.
